Lifestyle Allowance

In the case of insurance policyholders, this person will ensure they use the risk management resources they are entitled to receive under their policies. A key requirement of the role is achieving high levels of satisfaction for clients through excellent client service, to maximize retention. Other duties may include external service providers, ensuring customer satisfaction with the incident response process, and working with Beazley business units to improve product and service offerings.
